The main goal of business activity pursued by P.P.U.H. "SOR-DREW" in the scope of production of metal products is to manufacture products and render services on the top quality level.
Through our activity we wish to meet all the expectations and needs of our customers. These tasks are fulfilled by means of: * full availability in relation to the Customer in the course of implementation of its orders, * analysis of expectations, needs and satisfaction of customers, * usage of services of qualified suppliers and co-operators, along with control and documentation of supplies, * achievement of total commitment of personnel in elimination of non-conformance, * aware application of the self-control principle, * application of a notion of an internal customer in the course of co-operation between the respective organizational sections. |
| Striving after fulfillment of these tasks we are guided by the following principle:

In practice, our motto means that we carry out every activity in the scope of our competence, assuming full responsibility for quality. Implementation of the Quality Management System allowed us to ensure continuous growth in the quality level of offered products and services. With our actions we wish to influence the increase in effectiveness of the implemented system. The owner of P.P.U.H. "SOR-DREW" ensures that the Quality Policy rules are understandable, implemented and observed by all the employees. All the employees are obliged to meet these requirements, improve the efficiency of the system, meet the goals in terms of quality and evaluate usefulness of the Policy in every-day activities. |
